T. J. Clarke Utilities Ltd. was established in 2007 and has proven to live up to the highest industry standards. Our company is a fully operational electrical utility contractor with a proven E.S.A. track record. T.J. Clarke has held the standing offer with the City of Ottawa for traffic intersection work for the past 8 years; we are Hydro certified.
We own and maintain all our own equipment including backhoes, excavator, line trucks, compressors, dump truck, floats, and a fleet of pick-up trucks. Behind our equipment is our team of certified professional workers with over 30 years of work experience. Some team members hold their electrical licenses. All employees come with a number of certificates including safety training, IMSA level two book7 training. Our team continuously strives to obtain certificates pertaining to the electrical utility industry.
